Payment may be made by Credit Card through the invoice, or by Interac e-Transfer.

3. Formation of Contract:

No contract will exist between you and IsaMay until the payment is received by IsaMay. Once received, the contract is made, and these terms and conditions will be respected.

4. Refund:

Due to the digital nature of the services, no refunds will be accepted.

5. Service:

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purposes, to upload, order for print any material that is obscene, offensive, threatening, pornographic, blasphemous, menacing, abusive, unlawful, harmful, vulgar, illegal, defamatory or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to provide any false or misleading information to IsaMay.

6. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IsaMay and its suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing this service using your account.
